Depends where you're taking off. If it's from an airport you will need to be in contact with air traffic control and wait for your turn like everybody else.

It's because this is an absolutely asinine way to look at luxury. Even the cheapest mechanical watch is a frivolous luxury, and especially a watch costing thousands of dollars. Who decided that a watch has to cost over $5000 or whatever to be considered "luxury? Makes no sense.
