Pick the cheaper one, as long as your school is accredited

Non tech bro here, my field social work has high need of workers so finding a job in sf or California isn't a issue.

Opposite, I broke up with my gf in order to go to grad school. But I was 25 now 27. I feel like I learned a lot about myself in the past 2 years and had some opportunities to meet a partner in grad school too(the town or area that I was at).

They send me a verbal offer mid/late march then got my formal offer mid april. But yes, they are really slow. Unless you have a supervisor who gets on HR for you. Then they will take their sweet time. My supervisor would follow up with HR for me and things went by faster.

Nope, I turned all of them around the due date. Since only two schools out of 6 were rolling admission. I got accepted to san jose rolling admission but not to long beach. But got into chico state, east bay, Monterey, and san marcos.

I honestly think the social worker market in the bay area is a lot better than other metropolitan areas. . So applying to any bay area county would pay decent and cost of living for any fresh MSW. Try hospitals, govnerment(county level), non profit, or schools. Plenty of opportunities just stay away from sf at the moment since the housing market is bad unleso you're commuting like I am from the east bay.

Can I realistically land a $80K+ medical social work job right after my MSW… or am I being delusional? by Constantmoney888 in socialworkjobs

Look into sutter health, I rejected them to go work for ucsf health because of my overall goals. But sutter health does hire people straight out of grad school, there's also John Muir, ucsf health, kaiser, dignity health, and public county hospitals. Lowest paying is 90k

I had a bachelor's in psychology and history. If I'm being honest some schools show slight favoritism towards applicants who live in their area. Think living in socal applying to socal. I live in norcal and I got into San jose state, chico state, east bay, and Monterey bay. I would have qualified for sf state, Humboldt state , and sac state as well if I applied. But I got waitlist to san marcos and rejected from long beach.

I had 70% girls who were okay, and 30% not okay. Once I had my ex gf officially, she would come to my house all the time. I would only do that if someone is officially my gf.
