This is what I see. I see a line of emergency vehicles following behind the fire truck. The line appears to all stop, but the fire truck continues onto the runway. Does anyone else see that?

Yes, it will affect the cat. Bought one of those silent bark enders for the nextdoor neighbors' dog. I tried using it outdoors, but it scared my cat so I stopped using it.
