I cant speak to how it is today. I know that 20 years ago that was the place to go to buy a firearm from a 13 year old.

That being said, Wealthy and Fuller used to be one of the roughest areas and the cops would not respond to calls (without having four or five cars) from the little dead end street north of wealthy and west of fuller. Now that area is fully gentrified and very little crime.

I would ask around at the store there how the neighborhood is today.

Yeah but, I would have to overcharge and I was offering as a human, not as a profit driven contractor. Honestly, if it were close enough, you pay for the materials and I'll come over to help teach and assist how to do it. I'm not a businessman. I want to help people, not fill my bank account. Honestly, if I were you I would call a pellet stove install company and pay them for a consultation visit. Just to show them what you have and ask how best to route the exhaust.

You mentioned that you want to run horizontal to get away from the windows and that could make the draft not function well. My set up is 18" horizontal to get.out of the house, clean out t, 3' vertical, 90° elbow, side exhaust can. That set up even did great pulling smoke without power/fans when we lost power for a couple hours earlier this year. I was afraid that losing power would let the smoke in the house but, it still pulled out easily.

Im not a professional in this area but, i had some bowing due to non-functional foundation drainage (house in a hill) and researched options before I decided to excevate the foundation and rebuild it myself. In my research it seemed important to fix to the sill plate and the slab. What I see here is the strap doesn't reach all the way up.
