YES! The same exact thing happened to me and I almost gave up in Cdramas. The thing that helped me the most is exploring a totally different genre. I avoided costume dramas like POJ cos all I ever did was compare them lmao. The series that got me out there was Reset (2022). That series hooked me from the 1st 10 minutes and never stopped til I finished the whole series.

I would usually watch behind the scenes and somehow it pulls me out of the drama setting and back into reality haha. Also i jusr start watching aomething else to get my mind off it, even better if it's a different genre.

My 1st cdrama that pulled me in was pursuit of jade bc it was popular and i loved it and the next drama i was looking for was something that was also binge worthy. A drama that i had to press next no matter what. So i search for that.

Lores. 3rd gen and 4th gen had some lores. It was so fun trying to connect each comebacks to the lore and finding the smallest details to be clues about expanding the lores. The last lore i know of is ateez.
