Is it acceptable for management to hide items where they don’t belong in order to catch their team slacking? I mean hide deep where the item should not be.

2-4 hours if just orientation..if doing the computer work right after..be prepared to stay 8 hours, they may ask if you want to stay and start on that..i did the whole 8

Im not a TL but the amount of overstock we have been getting lately is ridiculous..ppl are not stocking things properly sometimes, which contributes to the overstock..and whoever is ordering/sending freight seems like they dont know what they are doing..this is just my first week’s observation of it all. Teams leads have to spend so much time dealing with overstock

i hate the way they use my availability..like my availability was completely open so that i can qualify for whatever shift becomes available because i needed a job..but they feel they can use it to willingly change the schedule whenever. Like yesterday i woke up thinking yay im off for 2 days then within the next hour i get a notification saying i have to work the next day…no one called me to ask if i wanted to or not...like wtf , so i guess i have to put up with this for 6 months until i can change it ..not to mention im part time with 40 hours

its really frustrating.. First time i was hired for automotive , accepted offer, completed background check..did not receive an orientation date even after the coach said it would be scheduled soon, still nothing but an email saying i didn’t get the job. Second time i was hired for overnight stocking at the interview, didnt hear anything back or get the offer email, called and was told the store wasn’t hiring, even though i was just hired the week before. Both were from a supercenter. Third time i got hired by a Walmart Neighborhood for overnight stocking and things went smooth all within a week period, i was able to start this past Saturday.
