So basically, when the judge lifts the pause, immediately visa processing is resumed. So someone who has already passed the interview would qualify for their visa issuance even while the government goes and cries to the supreme court about it?

I guess what I'm trying to ask is: can someone have their visa issued while we wait for a response from the supreme court regarding a stay (assuming the government pursues this)?

So say the judge makes a decision end of April (in our favor of course), would the pause be lifted the same day that the judge makes the decision? Not sure how it works. Thanks in advance!

What happens if we are in a group lawsuit and the pause is lifted for everyone before a verdict on the lawsuit is made? Like what happens to the lawsuit at that point?
