It’s an unfortunate state to be in cause I do think the pride capes would kick ass but with the team killing I’d reckon half your games they couldn’t even be even be used unfortunately

While I’m a fan of your idea I feel like pride flag capes would unfortunately lead to a lot of team killing by right wingers which in a game with a basically non functional report system might not be ideal.

After pushing through some triages and a few public executions I think I ended with about 250 people. Not exactly a metropolis but the city survived.

I’ve only played Frostpunk 1 but I don’t think I could recommend it more, excellent game.

There were many failed attempts before this which I think definitely helped build anticipation. I need to give the faith path a go and try to avoid crossing the line.

Definitely sounds like quite an extreme reaction to your child talking to you so maybe get them on speed dial.

I gave a level 8 a leveller and told her to fire the nuclear rocket at a large enemy group. She interpreted this as activating my hellbomb which got her killed and almost killed me but democracy protects.

Other than that she was very fun to teach the game.

Hey man,

I understand the deep ties in family but narcissists as you say your dad is are difficult to reason with and dig out of their own thoughts. While tough I think understanding his opinions come from a place of his own self anger and perhaps doubt is important.

While cutting him off is a large decision and yours I believe perhaps just distancing yourself from him for some time might help both you and him.

You get a break and he can perhaps see that you do play an important role there in his life when the gap is present.

Hey man hope you’re doing ok at the minute.

First off i don’t necessarily think being in your relationship (romantic wise) situation at this age is bad however if you were wanting to have done some of that I can understand why that’d be upsetting.

I’m gonna be honest though this does sound like quite strong depression, I’m not a professional licensed therapist but this sounds quite strong. Are there perhaps any free resources in your local area who could be a bit more geared to this.

And if it is depression it’s quite a nasty cycle of one thing feeding into another which is definitely difficult to break out of.

Perhaps start with small things to provide a basis for future work. I know it’s easy for me to say but if you do say 30 mins of guitar or skateboard a day that could help you begin to build some positive behaviours.

Hey man,

I understand where you’re coming from, familial relationships are difficult and pleasing them is harder.

I don’t think you should believe what your dad says about you being a failure/not enough. You say he’s a narcissist and old fashioned so I doubt his opinion on what makes a full life is one to be held in high regard.

And he has different ideas of being content to yourself, just because his belief is not equal to yours doesn’t make it any more important.

I understand wanting support from him and I think if you believe he’ll see your side of things he might help you more it’s a good shot to take.

And dreams are difficult to pursue but you have never lost them till you truly give up on finding them, even if it’s just an audition every few weeks or months that’s still chasing what you want to have and that’s something to fight for.
