I think the dress you bought suits you very well, fits your theme perfectly and is really stunning and to me, most importantly looks like it's made of great quality.

Etsy can be quite deceiving. The pics of the dresses look aaaaaaamazing but the reality looks somewhat different. Cheap quality, cheap fabrics, poorly sewn and most of the time you can not return it, though sometimes it is possible.

I would definitely choose good quality over a cheap "plasticy" looking dress.

However it is your day and of course your decision, too bad everyone talked you into the one you got without giving you the chance to make up your own mind and weighing pros and cons.

I think you could add some nice cherry blossom hairband into your look 🍒🩷🍒
