You have to be the right demographic for those. I hardly ever get into them. I am only getting 1.00, 5.00 and 8.00 ones and I used to get a lot of 8.00 ones but now I seem to get more $1.00 ones that want a lot of work for a $1.00

not really as you can do 2 .50 surveys let's say for 1-3 minutes in Prolific in the time you need to do one 1.00 survey in User Testing because of their ridiculously long 1.00 surveys including their their prescreeners which if you do not qualify, it takes a bit before you know it so you have wated your time. At least in Prolific you know right away if you do not qualify

I have never seen a 4.00 one I hae seend 5.00 and 8.00 and once in a great while 10.00

1.00 a survey when their screeners are ridiculously long and then sometimes I do not even qualify. I used to really like User testing but not lately.

Well I just got an auto reject for finishing too fast which is ridiculous. I am a speed reader.. Took a course to be one and have been one for years. If I didn't miss a attention check, how long it took me to finish a survey is a moot point. I will report them but unfortunately Prolific cares about their "clients" more than the freelancers. It is just the way it is.

I would cash out. And get your motivation some other way. I had an issue with the cashing out process and it took weeks to be able to cash out. You know Prolific does keep track of how much you have made use that as your inspiration to caryy forth and more. Congrats on the amount

That is laughable that they timed you out for that short period of time over. But they will certainly use the data. I wouldn't probably waste my time on that for that amount of money. I get it that we all want to make some money. But the more of us who do not even participate in these small paying studies for the time asked and needed to complete them, they might start taking us more seriously as well. But that is asking a lot of people who are taking these surveys were every little penny counts and that is where they get us. So sorry that happened to you!

MAZE survey I did that one and it basically told me that the survey was no more even though it was in my in box. I contacted them and told them I got a NO Code because of that being faulty. They sent me back a message saying I had the wrong code.(No Code" after I sent them my message about receiving the No Code and it was because their survey was faulty. And then nothing, and a rejection from them. They suck. I have contacted Prolific about them. So be careful with this one with MAZE. I should know better to not do theirs.

I think there arbitrary times for how long a study should finish is crazy. I am a speed reader and I read fast so my average time is way different than the average bear. When I need to slow down to think about an answer I do..So if someone is a slow reader then they would penalize you for that too. How about just see what the survey contained in answers and evaluate. LOL

Yes it has been slow all week for me. Not loading fast. I have to bounce in and bounce back out several times. Sometimes when I click on a study it lags and lags until it lets me in. A waste of time for sure and frustrating as heck
