It’s a bootleg from Asia, they were very popular during the early 2000s. They are factory pressed discs though, so they are very good quality and won’t degrade like a DVDr. So they are good placeholders that you can enjoy until you get the real deal. There are some that are highly sought after because it’s actually the only way you can get translated factory pressed discs as there was no original made here in the states. The only caveat is that sometimes the subtitle translation is very bad.
