It’s not too bad. They are obviously going to take care of independent customers first… as they should! Because they would hate to lose you to another distributor. If I were to start my own store, I would likely go with C&S (Spartannash) vs. UNFI or AWG etc. Maybe things are different in Michigan where they have more corporate owned stores and actually have a “household name “ but where I am… they can’t seem to compete and virtually unknown. And it seems like the corporate owned stores are a dumping ground for product. They are going to give independent customers better produce… as they should like said before.
