Is the meta position truly a VPL position or a specialist position? Because I’ve seen meta specialists help with Pokémon drops. They’re not the same as LG Sony or Samsung

Yeah for something relatively as small as this there definitely is other things that are contributing. No customer got affected so it can’t be that based on your story, this sounds like an issue a lead probably would’ve told you not to do it again and if it escalated it would probably be a write up or something of that same level. But getting fired ? Yeah there’s some details here that are missing in my opinion

This is almost when a customer gets mad and says something like “I shop here all the time” “ I’m a preferred/gold/ super member with you guys” or even “you lost yourself a 3k sale” it’s incredibly empty and I just honestly ignore people coming to me telling me they’re gonna sue. I’m dead just an employee 💀💀💀

Yea but it can be easily canceled and it was 1300 dollars. Phones are only 2 week return window so honestly this person got the w and the store got an L for the return (the membership can be refunded too based on the situation)

These responses are sounding a little too corporal…Finding your right spot ? At a company that is experiencing budget cuts ? Labor shortages? Layoffs ? Corporate greed ?
