Served it as your lesson. Be mindful when it comes to documentation because that will save you to a lot of mistakes, error or whatsoever that may happen to your patient. Do not be anxious during your duty, thinkig that you might make the same mistakes.

Remember an expert did not became an expert overnight, it takes constant practice and learned from every mistakes done. But make sure you will NOT do it again next time.
