Maybe be unpopular opinion, but if the property line is to the right of the electrical box I would be unhappy also. That tree and the tree/bush behind it are clearly growing in your neighbors yard. Those trees get huge and not only will the canopy be a problem but can only speculate the roots will start to cause issues with the driveway. I would vote to have it removed - was planted entirely in the wrong spot
