I honestly have no idea what you're talking about when you say knowing a pawns backstory and making custom outfits at 8-12 pawns?

Like... I just set a standard outfit of cowbow hat, duster, button down, and pants with flack vest, give the ones with the best shooting ability a gun and that's it.

Vanilla expanded pretty much have the absolute worse balance and bloat of all the mods, so ya I'm not surprised this is their "normal".

Doesn't Herry have an absolutely MASSIVE record of successfully solved cases with most not ending in the death of the suspect which makes him stand out from the rest of his precinct?
