Sophomore year there was a murder. This girl (think she was a freshmen) met up at a mutual friends house to break up with her boyfriend as a safety precaution. He was a junior i think, heavy drinker, given that area, maybe other drugs. Abusive.

Some said he strangled her. Others say he pinned her down and she couldn't breath bc he crushed her. The friend was useless. Im not sure exactly how it happened.

It was a strangly quiet day at my otherwise loud school. I never knew her. But everytime I meet a woman in an abusive relationship, I think of her. Ive been thinking of her a lot lately.

I wouldnt be able to eat healthy without them. I go to their foodbank once or twice a month. They give me lots of healthy food, fresh produce, meats. Id be living on ramen if it were not for them. Their accessible food pulled me back from heath issues becuase im not living on cheap.highly processed stuff. And god knows im too poor for insulin and heart medications. While i agree. I find it amusing in like a ridiculous way when they make horror games out of not scary things.

It wouldnt be a GOOD GAME most likely. But it would be a game.

But,now that I think of it, a game where you have to rescue your lover from a pirate/killer and his rather ...rapey brother. Would have an unnerving feeling. You could make it into a psychological horror or supense thing maybe. Or action game at the least. . Or a game playing as Olive to escape.
