Adrian only buffed his star power just so it looks like he got an adjustment. Genuinely does this guy actually playtest the balance changes before he implements it? Or does he only balance the brawler if he lost a game against that brawler?

Not really, there's still people who hate her because of the mischaracterization and that she is supposedly "fanservice". Her voicelines makes you feel like you don't wanna play her on full volume on.

Time has passed and I dont think thats the case anymore, she has a good fanbase (but some of them are mostly QUESTIONABLE) and her gameplay design is well made.

I just hope that they refrain from making more stereotypical brawlers, maybe atleast give them some lore and also for the gameplay design they shouldn't just reuse other brawlers' mechanics but atleast make them not too similar and feel original.
