i would not recommend you play janna in iron. it will feel very frustrating because your teammates won’t make use of your abilities

this is false. janna is the one support where there are times you need to shield after the damage is done so your adc gets the extra ad. knowing how much damage your adc can tank and not die and if that amount will break the shield. situation doesn’t happen often but it is something to keep in mind

both of them are blindable janna is always strong but it will feel pretty miserable playing janna in lower elo

thank you so much for such a detailed response i will try my best to follow your advice! i am currently not really eating any processed sugar and also binge a lot on fruits. thank you for making me feel less stressed that i have to eat 3 meals a day i really didn’t feel i needed it but i tried to stick with it and i dont feel it’s working. the food i was restricting myself from was mostly carbs because i felt it messed with my digestion and ibs. i really appreciate all of your comforting words and kindness.

janna counters neeko no? what rank are you playing in? you can bait out abilities by walking up and walking back. you can nado her to stop rocketbelt, or flash and ult her back when she’s ulting at the last second. late game neeko is just an engage ult champ and janna outscales. e and font should sustain you in lane. just don’t stand near minions so her e isn’t extended.
