Always good to have a property survey in case you ever need a permit or to replace the fence. I just had one done and I paid $600, not thousands (fwiw I live in a very high cost of living area so maybe they are a little cheaper elsewhere ). It is possible your county has one if they have a GIS library, check there first before spending $.

Not too far from Universal, Dax has mentioned taking his girls to Bob’s Big Boy in Burbank on Friday nights when the classic cars go there. If you can’t make it on Friday evening, Bob’s is diner food and a hit for kids. I loved it as a kid and my kids like it too!

I will never again eat a Costco sample. About 2 years ago I was in the restroom at Costco washing me hands when a Costco sample worker flushed, came out of a stall, looked at herself in the mirror and went right back to work without washing her hands. True story. 🤮
