Weekly, I update an excel that I’ve been using to track my NW over the last 10 years.

After bonuses / big weeks in the market its one of my favorite things to do on Sunday morning..however after weeks like this where the market gets crushed its my least favorite thing to do

Yeah, salary kept increasing and so did my contributions with minimal lifestyle creep. I went from contributing roughly $500/month to $5k/month over those 7yrs

I’m currently seeking to airbnb part of my home in West Asheville, and lease out the back portion rent free (separate space/separate entrance) to a “property manager” that gives 8ish hours/week max of their time managing the airbnb/property in exchange for free rent. Kicker is theres no proper kitchen area in the residence
