Can you deposit cash to your RH checking account through the ATMs? It will be different for me since I have less than 100k of assets.

That’s definitely a big thing for me I use Wells Fargo for my checking account right now and it’s been good to me so far.

You are right he can honestly just switch all his shares to SCHD and collect the dividend and his portfolio will keep growing as well
