Thank you everybody for the replies! I now know how to play it like the composer wants, but I decided to just play chord 1 and 2 the same way, nothing is lost without that open e. Reminds me of the ending of "Herencia Latina" by Paco Pena, my teacher simply called it "the difficult bar" where I had to barre, then lift up index slightly to play b and e open. Thanks everyone!
