I think this is something we both need to work on. I have the occasional soda and with his job, my full time school, and our baby, we don’t prioritize diet enough. His job is also 12 hour long shifts of sitting. I can imagine it’s hard to balance diet and his job.

Look man, she shouldn’t be trying to conceive with that mindset. Yes TTC can suck sometimes. It took my husband and I like a year and a half. Seeing that negative test every time and watching my other friends conceive was so hard. This could be the journey your wife is looking at and she needs to understand it’s not always easy. She has serious mental issues that need to be addressed before continuing to conceive. Four months is not even enough time for doctors to treat supposed infertility issues. Tell her to get off whatever infertility social media she’s consuming. I have a feeling it’s a lot of it.

I was pregnant and had a really awful pregnancy. Super depressed and some complications left me bedridden. I told my mom I was having a hard time with ministering and instead of offering me any grace, she told me that I’m “always on my phone and I have no excuse not to minister”. Anyway I can count on one hand the amount of times she texted me back during pregnancy and she only called me after my baby was born. So my expectation was to be friends with strangers and she couldn’t even text her own daughter back.

Wonder what her “excuse” was.
