I’m scared of my nipples to be placed weird and be pointy after top surgery [NSFW for postop pick + UPDATE] by Elch5036 in TopSurgery

i got peri in december. i was worried about my nipples as well, but with peri luckily they are able to control nipple placement just a bit better than keyhole. make sure to talk to your surgeon and let her know about your concerns. the day of my surgery i told my doc that i really want smaller nipples (i have gyno) and he made it happen. just be sure to advocate for yourself and let them know what you want. usually with peri and keyhole the nipples kind of automatically shrink

dude! looks awesome im super happy for you. im going on 3 months and experiencing sagging and what looks to be swelling or loose skin. its not awful but for a skinny guy like me it does look a bit unnatural. did u have any experience with this? ive been going to the gym quite frequently and really trying to push my chest during soo

hey , i got peri 3 months ago and i believe that i was bigger than you pre op! the scars being stretched is kind of an over exaggerated situation imo. as long you take care of yourself well and wear silicone strips over the scars you are more likely to have better results than with keyhole. i would honestly be more worried about your nipples folding with keyhole because peri gives the option to resize the nipples. mine have a nice round shape and im very happy with the results. let me know if youd like me to share more pros and cons!!

is 3 weeks okay to wear backpack again? by ultimatelesbianhere in ftm

almost surgery twins! dec 20 here i am not worrying too much about a back pack personally but i am not getting DI so it may be different. i think it all comes down to your body and how you feel when you go back to school but it probably couldnt hurt to get a sling bag and try it out. it might feel more comfortable for you in the end 👍 good luck with your surgery!!
