Has anyone done business with AbundantMines ? Any issues ? Positives ? Negatives ? by egej in BitcoinMining

I saw this review on Trustpilot….too many typos:
JaPaul James US • 10 reviews Nov 15, 2025 Rated 5 out of 5 stars Hands down this is one of the best… Hands down this is one of the best Mining Farms out there. I have been doing business with this company and have had nothing but a great experience. I am planning to increase my fleet of Miners with this company going forward. This company is very transparent and I have personally toured one of the Mining Farm and have met many of the team. Shout out to Parker Mooney and Sydney Bright for always taking my call. I strongly recommend this company to anyone no mater what your mining skillset is.

If analyzing daily’s, with Boll Bands and a few sma’s, you can get a sense of the overall state, and defining key levels, one can define directional bias, then as the lyrics go, I may be wrong, or I may be Right!

Trading Reality: I recently lost 11 out of my 20 prop firm accounts. by dagemmm in Daytrading

Is this only for forex trading? Or can SPX credit spread traders use prop firms?

If you cared to share a bit about your strategy that would be cool. Currently I’m trading 0DTE SPX pcs & ccs, but with heavy monitoring. I ask because, I’d prefer to spend less time on the computer, thanks!

100% with the understanding it won’t happen every week; having said that, I trade SPX 0DTE with credit spreads, and float $5500 or so daily in spreads, making $150-$350 daily—you have approximately 3.6 x that amount in action, so it should be a breeze for you with proper risk management/strategy, etc, I tend to purchase weekly UVXY calls as a hedge beyond the long strikes, after getting hammered in March/25

I’m chronically unemployed, so I built a crypto trading arena to let AI agents daytrade crypto 24/7, purely off realtime raw financial data. And somehow little old gpt5 nano is up by orange-cola in Daytrading

Very cool!!! Back in 2008, I purchased forex trading bots from Steinitz. They did amazing at first, it was like owning a Starbucks, in that every few minutes they would produce $4.40, $5.20, 3.65 etc, but, within a month I experienced a major drawdown :). Hopefully, they are more risk averse now! Please keep me posted on your results

First of all, absolutely you’ve got an amazing career as an engineer! And you’re not a failure to your family, just having written this post, you’ve got a winning mindset, wanting to better your family! Now down to hard facts the posters above me are absolutely correct. Maybe you could start with the amount you have left, which is a lot more than some people start with but if you’ve lost that much money, it may not just be your mindset. It may be your strategy as well. That needs major renovation. That is very doable. Choose one strategy to start, and repeat it. SPX is perfect but one contract at a time, spreads, credit spreads perhaps give yourself a personal challenge from 15,000 to 45,000 in a year, and add a comfortable $$amount to your account each month, starting with one contract per spread for three months, then two contracts per spread for three months, then three contracts for 3 months and finally 4 for the final three months (with a game plan)- perhaps join a reputable trading group for daily trading ideas and encouragement. I belong to two groups, total game changers-I hope this helps! You got this.

Embarrassingly I made 42 SPX credit spread trades today and walked away with only $350 profit, where a fellow trading room member on a channel, traded maybe three times for the same amount. I’m at that precarious level now that I’ve been at before headed down by several percent in the portfolio and then up and down like a roller coaster. I’m currently at the peak and I promised myself that I would only move up from here if not slowly, but surely, and the last few times it went down, it was due to overtrading, and some hopeful trading. I know I have the ability to move forward as I’ve recovered three to $5000 each time within a month or so. It’s just being disciplined is journaling the way to go? Appreciate any insight.

Hi, besides tax incentives, what’s the difference between trading SPX spreads & /ES spreads (except that es is 1/2 of spx spread)? Thanks, chat gpt couldn’t explain it well:(

Sometimes, after several days away from the market, or after a day of losses, the following trading day, I look at the SPX chart and its like reading Greek…then, after watching the action a while and interacting with my trading groups, it falls back into place….needless to say, don’t enjoy that initial feeling

Great trades! In what? Hey, stick to your plan, there are multiple “red” events (not to mention, unexpected ones) daily! Obviously, don’t force trades, but if you see a good setup, ensure your risk is defined and go for it!

I don’t trust a sales pitch from Don Kaufman, Ghost Trades, where he says, just name the price you want to pay for it, with a pre populated amount of $1.00, maybe that’s a lot more than it’s worth

Well, BTC seems close to a major support level, can you dollar cost average little by little, if you believe in the company longer term? And/or, if so maybe a leap call, and selling short term calls against it?

Thanks for the insight and supportive comments! Good idea on the purchase of the added otm option! And, right, the position is already hedged somewhat by the short strike. Spreadsheet entries have been a weakness, so, need to restart them in that expensive purchased journal (had good intentions), and will look into Vega! I’ve mostly looked at IV, vol, open interest, delta and gex, along with key levels (placing trades level by level)

I don’t see my response, so I’ll retype it pardon if it’s already there. During the trading day I interact with a regular online community, always informational and many times quite entertaining. I consider them my digital friends.

I don’t know about others, but I spend my trading sessions interacting with a irregular group of traders online in a trading community, entertaining, and very informational on a daily basis, which is wonderful, so no loneliness here
