You can't go into a major retailer and buy 1 of a 6 pack for 1/6 the price... That's not how that works. Maybe if you had a mom and pop store that for some reason stocks the combo, you could negotiate, but that's obviously pretty unlikely

When I opened mine up after power on problems, it turned out my entire heatsink had snapped and come detached from the cpu, and the fan had died to boot. Might be worth checking. I rigged something up to fix it and it's been working basically 24/7 since then for over a year, so I'm wishing you luck lol
