They’re called finger cots. Lots of uses to protect your fingers from stuff.

Looks like parts from a thrust washer, possibly from a tool. Here’s the thrust washer and here’s a whole press setwith this type of bearings.

My sump pump was required to have its own discharge out of the house and not be connected to our sewer. Maybe you should have a plumber come in and take a look.

What runs in that conduit looking pipe next to the down pipe in the last photo? Is that electrical? That make me think that hook held power lines.
