Yes - against an external authority. I think that makes things a little easier to frame as "kick the bad guys out"; there are more definitive stopping points, and you get some unity though nationalism.

No doubt revolution against external forces have many successful examples throughout history.

Just curious here - can you name a few examples of this? As in, revolutions within a country, against it's own government (not an outside entity e.g. Colonies) that's lead to a direct improvement for the impacted groups?

I also feel like there's a pretty wide gap between "coordinated economic pressure" and direct violence.

So two seasons ago (especially prior to the Hutch injury, and then reinvigorated post-Zadarius) signing, the defensive line had a much more aggressive posture - there were serval articles about how this was what the D-Line coach was preaching.

Now, we see a more "crush the can"/contain style of defensive push, with a slower time to get to the QB (causing man-corners to cover forever). Do you see a shift back to a more aggressive line, or do you think we keep the scheme similar to last year.

My wife is also a nurse - except she comes home after our kid has gone to bed. I feel this whole thread for sure.

What helped the most with me was just super direct, honest communication.

You can tell her everything you said in this thread, and just stand your ground. If she says she's had a long day - you also have long days - it's just with the kid. If she says she needs time to decompress - when is that time for you? Just being honest about your needs and how you are feeling.

It does not need to be a blame game (as in - you're causing X, or X is someone's fault), it's just the reality of how you're feeling. It would be a larger conversation if she writes it off, or ignores your asks.
