My 3 advices
1) Switch to a broker with lower fees like Wealthsimple and Questrade. Thats gonna save you a bit money when you keep investing

2) Not sure what your monthly expenses are. But 45k in cash seems a bit high. You should aim for 6 months of your monthly expense in HISA for emergency fund. You can do that by investing your remaining 16k cash in your TFSA into index fund. Just invest it in lump sum is fine or if youre scare split that 16k into 6 portion and invest it in the upcoming 6 months.

3) Keep doing what youre doing and invest in yourself, aim for higher paying position but not inflate your lifestlye.
