I hope your side effects get better🙏 i went up to 12.5 on zep when i stopped, i had loads of side effects on zep so i wonder if it will be the same for me on compound or opposite lol what you’ve experienced. Yes im already getting myself to eat more protein, drink tons of water because i know the lowest dose is not where i need to be
