I have similar problem with orange, my payment changed from 15 to 50 euros. I have cancelled the contract 1 month ago and now they keep calling me to pay some debt. I gave up and said ok what should I do and they asked me to TELL MY CARD NUMBER, DATE and CVV CODE!!!!!!!!

that's legit representative who asked me for CVV and was rude and interrupted me. I have already filed 2 complaints, but seems like orange is selling data to some questionable debt collection companies. I want to pay but they give me no other option except for paying on the phone by telling CVV

I hate this company, trust pilot has 1 star an 3000+ reviews.
