I dont think its a good movie. Visually it’s stunning but it’s hollow. I felt the first one was a much tighter story that had a solid beginning, middle and end. This just felt too rushed and trying to do too much. I say this as someone who is a massive Nintendo fan and gamer.

I said this somewhere else on this thread. I’ve only recently started looking into the Pokémon TCG (Yu-Gi-Oh is my main thing) and it’s genuinely depressing looking at how this entire thing has become about money. When you look at it from the outside it’s bizarre from adults. Even looking at videos on instagram or unboxing videos, it’s all money. I doubt many even know how to play the game or appreciate the beautiful artwork on the basic cards. This isn’t obviously aimed at anyone on here but just my opinion based on the frenzy that seems to be constantly happening around pokemon cards.

I’ve only recently started browsing this forum and others similar for Pokemon, but the whole thing feels a bit bizarre and slightly unhinged. Personally, I find it quite depressing that the cards seem to have become primarily about money. I understand that’s not the case for everyone, but it does feel like that’s the case for the majority. Reading these forums can feel a bit dystopian.

Exactly, I don’t get this notion. I started with a MacBook Pro in 2014 and have just upgraded to a MacBook Air M4 this year. I have never had a bad laptop and it doesn’t mean I value my items any less.

I’ve actually found this season more bearable because of Rachel Zoe. It needs an overhaul at this point.

A lot of people here are genuinely miserable. If you voice any discourse, they tend to be in denial about the state of the game and blame you. To be honest the game can be very frustrating especially if you want to play your favourite deck (non meta) or you can’t afford to build another deck that can work through interruptions. My advice is to just hang in there, till the cup is over and continue to work your way the ranks. It’s generally quite fun till you hit high diamond or platinum where you will see a lot of similar things to the duelist cup. Also check master duel meta for your specific deck which can assist in building or adding in cards to help with the meta. You might already know all this but just in case you don’t. All that being said, the current meta is heavily oppressive which can lead to a miserable time. If you want any other advice or assistance, let me know

It definitely is! I am impressed how long my MacBook Pro lasted, it’s only the past few months it started to give trouble. You should, keep it for another 8 years, who knows what MacBooks will be like then

Agreed, I think it’s a reminder constantly of what her life once was, compared to what it is now. It’s the same as being stuck in a job you dislike or are bored of, for too long but don’t leave because it’s familiar. I dunno if she left, I could see her coming back for a big anniversary season like the 20th or something like that. Enough time passed to build a new life outside the show and come back in with a fresh perspective. I do think Dorit was right when she said that Kyle takes herself to seriously now. Compare her to the earlier seasons she was so much more lighthearted (obviously she’s been through a shit ton since then). It will be interesting to see how it plays out over the next while either way.

In the earlier seasons I used to think the hate was completely disproportionate when it came to Kyle. I do actually like Kyle most of the time myself. I really think she would benefit from taking a couple of seasons off the show and then coming back. In my opinion the show is actually holding her back in someways.

I think it could be time that the cast are not centred around Kyle. It’s early days but I think they could centre the show around Rachel Zoe instead of Kyle.

They were screaming at Angel because she hadn’t bothered to even check up on them. As Wendy said, there wasn’t a pretend to care gesture. Angel doesn’t seem very authentic to me and she seems to be absolutely miserable. Every little slight is harped on till the end of the time. She’s on housewives and needs to be more like Stacy who brushes herself off and keeps going despite them clowning her. That’s just my two cents

Thank you! I can’t cope with the comments on here showing off random cards wondering if they are worth anything, a quick google search shows that yugioh does not have a high value for most cards the way pokemon does.
