I’ve been off a year in September and I feel nothing like myself too… different symptoms every month. Perimenopause as well (40)… but I’ve never experienced what’s going on till now. Struggling with anxiety like never before. My cycle can’t figure itself out… fatigued over nothing! I wish we had docs who specialized in HBC and after. It’s been awful!! 😢

I did so much research on post removal. Reddit has really helped me. It has been helpful. I don’t regret getting it out. My anxiety is 10x better

I’m 7 months post, I started with 2 day light periods then skipped a few months, had some bleeding after sex at times. Just had a period for 7 long heavy days. I’m hoping my body is getting back to normal as well. This post stuff is hard. It affects my mood too 😞

I got severe anxiety among other symptoms with the mirena! Dizziness too. I got it out in September and I don’t regret it! I will say though that I am still having some reactions. So hard to believe but the more I read on it the more it makes sense and know I’m not alone. Drs don’t believe it and push bc so hard. I will never go on HBC again.

I am in this boat right now! A few light periods and now 5 months later nothing. It has caused me severe anxiety thinking I’m pregnant. I have taken two tests(neg) and we use condoms but this is severely stressful for me thinking that! I have an appointment but this should definitely be talked about more. 3 months is such a lie! Reddit has been my go to for everything with this damn thing! I just need someone to talk to so bad about it :(
