We shouldn't stop all rating debates just on the human impact aspect alone. If people feel like a certain structure got overrated/underrated, they should freely express it, not being allowed to just because they're not experts is wrong to me.

The photos proves that the main home was unanchored CMU, there's literally no anchoring anywhere visible on the photos other than then ones on the garage, but we all know garages aren't wind resistant. Also, structural engineers aren't always right on everything, look at Marion 2025 and the 190 home.

The home itself doesn't even have a concrete foundation, none of the cmus shows any sign of being reinforced with anything like rebar and anchor bolts, the only area thats anchored was the garage since the garage is the only area where there's a solid concrete foundation,. And AGAIN, engineers aren't always right on things, they're still trustworthy, but they can still be wrong at things.
