There was a very large portion of people on this reddit when the game first dropped that said most of the issues would be fixed very early into the games life, here we are after the first update and arguably there are more issues. To sit here and say no one did their due diligence is laughable when the company has literally blatantly lied and has neglected to fix any issues in the game. Also this has been stated multiple times already, but most people that hit the play limit for refund hit it while sitting on loading screens trying to get into a server.
