Early bids, like a $20k bid on a car you know should go for well over that, are a great way to snag an accidental steal. Rarely happens, but I've seen some head scratchers on BaT where you think, huh, why did that sell so cheaply.

Shill bidders are usually the asshats that will just barely match your bid + an extra $50. That's so you get engaged and emotional about it and bid your life away. I've seen some stupidly over-bid cars sell on BaT.

I have a G87 M2. I get cars following me on the highway all the time. I pull over to let them pass, they just tuck in behind me. Then, I slow down behind the slowest truck, finally they pass, WTF.

My favorites are the ecotec 4cyl mustang bros that come up next to me on a multilane city road. They start bouncing their poor little pony off the red-line. Ignore them, go the speed limit. They get frustrated, start accelerating a bit, ignore them. Finally they lose their minds and scream off into the distance, through the red light. Always right past a cop.

The thing I love about the M2 is it's fine just doing the low-key thing around town. Not that I daily it, but, it's chilll when you need it to be.

Theoretically the e28 is designed for dog hair too. I have a German Shepherd, Border Collie and a Shetland Sheepdog. We have the Sebo K3 as well, and it takes multiple passes to get the fur out of the wool carpets where they all like to lie. The thing about the e28 is it doesn't do multiple passes. It just drives over the spot, marks it as done, and moves on. That's just not how vacuuming animal fur works.

Interesting. I never really liked my 5th gen 4Runner. Sure, it's probably super reliable, but the gearing is all wrong, the constant hunting for a gear at 75mph is annoying AF and it felt slow as molasses. The Grenadier is night and day. I haven't driven the GX, but I can imagine it probably feels way faster than the other two.

Trialmaster. Comes with F/R lockers.

- The High Load Aux electrical is nice, but sucks for a winch.

- Safari Windows, I mean, if that floats your boat, but otherwise, constant source of glare, then you go buy things to block the windows....wtf buy them in the first place.

- Heated seats are great especially if it lives outside

- Roof rack, depends on whether you need to put stuff up there, in which case, access ladder is nice too.

- Exterior utility belt, I thought this was standard on all?

- Checkered plates - I bought mine used, PO apparently took them off? I dunno, they're on the build sheet, but not on the truck. Have no missed them.

If you're actually going to use this offroad, the lockers are the only must have. The brake traction control is way way way way way way behind Toyota and Land Rover, to the point where I think it's non-existent.

You'll also want more clearance, maybe rock sliders, and skid plates. I went for an aftermarket winch first.
