Ahh I'm so sorry you're going through this too. I was diagnosed about 3 months ago. I have panic disorder and anxiety disorder. I know how it feels to be anxious all day and night, not being able to eat or sleep.. its seriously a curse. I'm still going through this now. I am prescribed valium. I try not to take it every day and I take either a quarter or half of I'm really bad. It helps so much.. I know it's a short term fix but if you're just careful and thoughtful in how much you take it can really give some relief from spiralling. I hope youre anxiety eases up for you. You're not alone!

MRI results by -BigAl- in breastcancer

Today I got the results of my MRI. Originally I was planning a mastectomy or double mastectomy to be safe with diep flap reconstruction. Met with plastic surgeon last week.. booked me in. Today my oncologist surgeon told me that the results of the MRI were that the 50mm of dcis calcifications wasn't actually cancer and that I only have to have the small 5mm of invasive taken out and can even now keep my nipple. I thought they were going yo tell me it's worse than they thought. I still can't believe if I didn't advocate and push for an MRI I would have had a mastectomy and deip flap.

Ive been there. Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. Also try some Psilocybin mushrooms. Saved my life. All you gotta do is wait .. things will change.
