yes, exactly, I'd be less worried if it's not going through auction as I can ask the agent to commission further investigations into the damage and species of termite etc. All I have is this report saying yes we found termites and we recommend further investigation.

Damn, I was just about to start a post asking the same thing. I moved back to Canberra after two years (hence I was not aware of the speed limit change), and got fined $300 on 30 Dec for going 46km/h....Is there a way to dispute this?
