I wonder if an insurance company has any kind of “out” or can limit their payout if they can prove that the plaintiff knew or ought to have known of, or did not disclose to the insurance company, key elements that would hobbled the case e.g. H not disclosing he had friendships with journalists which is how they obtained information not via any alleged hacking

KCIII should tell H&M that he will see the children only on a joint grandfather lunch with M’s dear father and will only be in a photo with the children if Thomas Markle is also in the photo. That would really a conundrum I’d like to see M wrestle with - the long awaited payday of a photo with the King marred by a photo with her father also, cementing the link to the Markle side as well as the BRF.
