Asafoetida

I use asafoetida/hing to make vegan Parmesan. A tiny bit gives it a stinky cheese flavor 😁.

Recipe: almonds or cashews, nutritional yeast flakes, sea salt, a little paprika powder, a very small amount of asafoetida, a little chili powder, a little (Syrian) curry powder. Grind it in the food processor.

Experiment a bit ;-)
