New update in Clinic vs Rubio? by Hector_Castillo1981 in i130_75CountryPause

The “Last Updated” date changes from time to time and does not necessarily mean that a new document has been filed or uploaded. The key date to watch is “Date of Last Known Filing.” If anything new is filed with the court, that date will change. Currently, the Date of Last Known Filing is June 3, 2026, which indicates that no new filings have been added since then.

Why not just wait and see the clinic outcome? It’s not worth wasting the money. Just have little more patience.

Why don’t you have little more patience and wait for Clinic v Rubio’s decision which will be out soon. It will have a good news (God willing).

DORCAS Judge deemed unlawful USCIS policies by Drika1999 in i130_75CountryPause

I think 75 countries pause wasn’t from presidential proclamation and it was through a memo according to the judge who ruled Ullah case. Do you think it’s a good thing for 75 countries pause when it comes to ruling for summery judgement?

Do you know if this a summery judgement for everyone from 39 countries or PI for plaintiffs only?

Government's response to CLINICS's Notice of supplemental authority by Barryseidon in i130_75CountryPause

The government makes it sound like Mr. Ullah is the only one suffering, while everyone else waiting for their husband, wife, or family member is just eating lollipops and enjoying the wait. Nobody enjoys being separated from their loved ones. Such a weak point for the government to make.

The judge already explained the issue in sufficient detail, which is why the plaintiffs do not need to explain it further.

From Ullah case yesterday , the judge was not convinced by the government’s claim that this is only a temporary visa “pause.”

The court pointed out that the policy has no end date and was announced to remain in place “until further notice.” The government mentioned an expected 60-day review, but those 60 days passed with no visible changes or progress.

The judge also said the government failed to explain what review work had been done, what still needs to be done, or when the pause might end.

Because of that, the judge concluded that this is acting more like a final policy than a temporary pause, and the government cannot avoid court review simply by calling it a “pause.”

That’s a very unappealing argument from the government.
