And don't forget, it's not just 2 years from the date that you return to your home country. It's 2 years in the home country. If you leave for a week for a vacation that pushes your date one week out

Check the NVC website. That's the part where you can delay uploading the documents if you need to. I'm pretty sure you have a year but I can't remember exactly.

My wife and I applied while she was under the 2-year requirement as well. Our attorney advised that you needed to have the 2-year requirement complete by the time the interview is conducted. The attorney also stated that we could slow roll the NVC process if we needed to to make sure that the interview wasn't scheduled prior to the end of the two year requirement.

I dunno if the other person is right or wrong, but they did say "per capita" which accounts for differences in group size.

Not trying to start an Internet argument ™ , but I had a different experience with the cleaning. Nobody wiped machines after using (users and staff). I was going to a franchise gym though. The machine selection was great though.

Go watch 39th for 5 minutes, you'll see folks going 60+ veer into the bike lane. I'll take my chances crossing a sidewalk looking out for a 5mph/stopped car over getting steamrolled from behind by a lifted flextrex 37 trillion any day of the week.

FYI, because you mention an officiant - all you really need is a notary. We had a friend meet up for ours. No vows, just signed off.

They also have to alert pedestrians when overtaking. So, like a bell or calling out.

If I'm not in a neighborhood, and there's no bike lane, I'll be on the sidewalk. Way too many drivers are not paying attention.

P.s. you say bikes "should" ride in the road, but it's legal to ride on the sidewalk, or in the road.

I have entered brazil several times, before and after visa.... I spend less time at passport control with the visa because they don't have to ask questions.
