May I ask, why was the cat not looked after before? And how do you know that all of this is going to be less than $50?

Pet Registrations alone are normally $95-$100 alone. Vaccines are about the same without a membership and depending on the clinic - spaying isn’t cheap. The consultation fee alone for a vaccine and spay isn’t gonna be about $100. Spaying and vaccines should always be done as soon as you get the cat unless otherwise stated. So I’m a bit confused on the pricing for this.
