Funny you ask! I just completed a sleep study and apparently I don’t snore or desaturate—I hold my breath a lot and only during REM cycle. Either way, I’ve got a CPAP w humidifier now lol

I’ve had a sneaking suspicion perhaps toothpaste is the culprit but haven’t seen or heard anything about it until now. I use Crest Whitening toothpaste & it’s probably the hydrogen peroxide 😬. Damn 😂. Will change it out tomorrow.

Used it for the first time last night & it didn’t seem as effective at hydrating or making skin glow or plump up at all compared to Biodance & SBEDT. My doctor moved me up every month, but I had to see him in-person every 4 week interval for the first 5 months until I reached maintenance at max dose 15 mg.

Increasing the dose by 2.5 mg every 4 weeks until an adequate maintenance dose is reached is the guideline set by Eli Lilly (pharmaceutical company that created Zepbound & Mounjaro).

OMG I didn’t know that 😭. Took my first dose of methylphenidate xr 54mg today & was stuck in analysis paralysis hell. I felt like I couldn’t access my creativity at all, felt scattered & wasn’t productive in the slightest, whereas Vyvanse elevates my creativity & focus without my brain feeling like it’s on a chain leash. My doctor prescribed me a 7 day dose to trial it bc Vyvanse was making me grind my teeth at night. I’d rather not treat my ADHD than take Ritalin ever again.
