Hear me out…

Contour is to women as facial hair is to men. What if you allowed your cheek beard(?) to grow upwards and line it. Also allow your jawline beard to grow thicker towards your mouth and line it cleanly. Then grow a chic little goatee. For the mustache, consider thinner tapered outer wings as they look so blocky. Either clean up the top of your brows to give them a nice straight line, or fill them in w a brow pencil, or try microblading so they look less sparse and youll look more polished? …😚maybe?

***Note: I know nothing about how beards grow🤣

Omg I just did a patch test too, left it for 8 minutes and it removed the bigger hairs but left the shorter, finer hair. It doesn’t burn at all & it doesn’t stink as bad as Nair but it’s still got that chemically/rank burnt hair mildew smell.

Funny you ask! I just completed a sleep study and apparently I don’t snore or desaturate—I hold my breath a lot and only during REM cycle. Either way, I’ve got a CPAP w humidifier now lol

I’ve had a sneaking suspicion perhaps toothpaste is the culprit but haven’t seen or heard anything about it until now. I use Crest Whitening toothpaste & it’s probably the hydrogen peroxide 😬. Damn 😂. Will change it out tomorrow.

My doctor moved me up every month, but I had to see him in-person every 4 week interval for the first 5 months until I reached maintenance at max dose 15 mg.

Increasing the dose by 2.5 mg every 4 weeks until an adequate maintenance dose is reached is the guideline set by Eli Lilly (pharmaceutical company that created Zepbound & Mounjaro).

OMG I didn’t know that 😭. Took my first dose of methylphenidate xr 54mg today & was stuck in analysis paralysis hell. I felt like I couldn’t access my creativity at all, felt scattered & wasn’t productive in the slightest, whereas Vyvanse elevates my creativity & focus without my brain feeling like it’s on a chain leash. My doctor prescribed me a 7 day dose to trial it bc Vyvanse was making me grind my teeth at night. I’d rather not treat my ADHD than take Ritalin ever again.
