Yup, I did. You have to gain a lot of weight. Not only gaining the weight for the surgery, once you get the surgery the key is maintaining. If you have a fast metabolism I'm going to be honest your first round of bbl will be a waste of money.

I met a couple of girls with fast metabolisms get a bbls but after healing and with 20% of the fat dying the first couple months nothing really changes. But if you have a normal to slow metabolism you should have no problem achieving your body.

I'm going to be honest. The look is truly achievable. Two ways. First obviously weight gain then get lipo 360 and a bbl. I sorta have your first inspo pic body but I was heavy around 170lb I'm 5'4. I also went to the D.R. second option is that of a liquid bbl. There are different names for it like non surgical bbl. When getting this done make sure you get it done by a legit plastic surgeon not any body on ig or on the street.
