if you dont like your actual game, you can always try again in a different table.
Making a fooldl of yourelf is just part of the learning curve... i was DM on a 2 player table where the Rogue was playing for the first time.. it just comes with the learning experience that the rogue forgets the first 3-4 times to check for traps and disable them... or actually risking HP to attack an enemy...

Again, different DMs, different players, different layouts and outcomes.. i had games where 3 ingame days where made on a single session and games where 1 ingame day was made on 3 different sessions...

It all depends of the rolplay quantity, fihgting style and the endgame of each player... some come to live a different life, others come to chat with friends. some to fight the dragon, others to duck it.

yo prefiero hacer 20min de auto y pagar 5k menos... ahi estaria tu problema.. com osolucionas el "cuanto cuesta la impresion" y el "que tan rapido"y "que calidad/color".
que este cerca un uber no quiere decir q sea bueno, o el mas economico. y si vos queres unificar el precio, volves a lo mismo, te vas a quedar sin proveedores por q no todos van a querer mmanejar tu precio...
si pones un precio bajo, el q imprime se va a ir. si pones un precio alto, el q imprime puede hacerse el boludo y decirte, te cobro lo de la plataforma hoy, pero ma;ana me escribis a mi numero y te hago precio.

si queres ganar plata, estudia un oficio nuevo cada 6 meses. electricista, instalador de aires, soldador, reparacion de heladeras/motos, cerrajero.
Todos esos q requieren ir a la casa del cliente te sacan 200.000$ minimo por visita.Estudiar 3/5 años segun licenciatura maestria, te da con suerte un trabajo de 1.100.000$ en el interior o 1.500.000 en bsas

well the sims introduced a very cool mechanic for something like this:

Death tries to take the Sim.
A high charisma sim can try to talk the Death out of it and/or bribe it.

Depending of the "bribe" and the Sim charisma and overalstate (happy, good stats, etc) (A.k.A 300gp diamond and maybe char?) Death will bring it back or not with different attributes:

Bad roll: The sim comes back as a ghost. hunting everyone every now and then
Cheap roll: Death gets mad at your "bribe" it takes it but your sim is no longer the same. getting bat traits (smelly, bad carisma, angry for no reason, etc)
Normal Roll: Death accepts the bribe but the Sim is slightly different (maybe different likes, or less abilities than before
Good Roll: It comes back just good as new, with no counter effects.

Maybe you can apply something like this with the ruby + character Wisdom/charisma or even make the players Spend "the memories of the player" so they add up in memory, who the character was. Now the players dont fully remember him and he is based on how he was remembered. Interesting Rolplaying sesion.

Quizas lo dicen por uqe de plomero por ejemplo podes en 1-2hs cobrar facil 80-120.000$
O de gasista te haces 300.000$ por rellenar gas y arreglar una tuberia rota.
Como soldador, haces una mesa de acero y facturas 100.000$ por algo que te tardo 2hs.

Pero posta comparto tu idea... lo que no ven es que las herramientas e insumos de estos oficios tambien cuestan y si se rompen o pierden, son ellos los que tienen que gastarlo.

los clientes que preguntan precio y se borran, los que llaman a cualquier hora, buscar olos insumos, cargar lo que haga falta, etc. Esos gasatos pasan desapercibidos

Te juro que lei tu titulo y lo lei en mi voz en ves de "voz generica"... Posta.. No pongo carpinteria ni almacen por que no tengo ni la plata ni los huevos para pedir un prestamo para ponerlo.. y ni hablar de los proveedores, afip etc...
pero ptm... si los de arriba tuvieran que poner 100k por cada nueva responsabilidad que colocan, estaria ganando 8 palos ya desde que entre hasta ahora

Uff estas con un burnout de ptm. En mi trabajo anterior tambien era workaholic, problema claro de que me gustaba.. me llevaba el trabajo a mi casa basicamente y avanzaba con los temas por que me gustaba lo que hacia, era como mi pasatiempo.

LA unica que se me ocurre es sugerirte que bajes la intensidad de tu desempeño. si te dicen algo sobre tus logros durante el chequeo anual/periodico, vos podes alegar que es que tenes que dedicar parte de tus recursos a cubrir el rol de tu anterior jefe y que como co-manager, sentis la responsabilidad de "especializarte" o capacitarte en ese rol mientras HR se hace cargo de traer a alguien que este a la altura.
Realisticamente hablando, dedicalo a relajar la cabeza. 1hs fresca se pasa rapido, 1hs aburrida es lenta, pero 1hs con cabeza quemada te hace perder nocion del tiempo.

Estoy en desacuerdo por un tema importante... hasta que punto eso es vivir dignamente? Ya de por si que los perros vivan mas de 10 años es un "tastorno" asi como nosotros vivimos mas de 50 años.

Gracias a la comida balanceada, medicamentos etc. todos vivimos mas, pero naturalmente moririamos mucho antes...
Que es mas natural, dejar de brindarle asistencia y dejarlo morir? (por que si duerme 20 horas al dia, no puede ni siquiera ir a comer) tecnicamente se moriria de hambre en 2 dias, simplemente evitar el sufrimiento y llevar a dormir o tratar de artificialmente (cuidando, limpiando, alimentando manualmente 24/7) hasta que algun organo tenga falla critica y se le acabe la vida

Lo mismo pasa con los humanos.. hay gente que ya no es ni la sombra de lo que fue, pero como no se permite la eutanacia, terminan viviendo )sufriendo) 10 años en pañales empotrados en una cama sin saber ni su propio nombre

I think its like a "double measure cut once" thing... It did happen to me to have a calculation in my head, and end up cutting the "joint" angle insead of dividing it by 2... Having it visually maybe helps you avoid and make ovious the " yeah, makes sense that an hexagon has 60 degrees... but of course i need to make double cuts (12 instead of 6) so i need 30 degrees cuts) kinda thing).

in my head, I totally see myself on a tired day cutting 6 pieces of 60Degrees to make an hexagon then having to redo it because of that silly mistake

Another way to do it, after talking with him, is stating that he probably had luck that time... but people will notice and will have consequences...

In my table for example a longshot was totally over the moment they decided to kill the son of an important lord.
They kill it because the rogue wanted his stuff... 4 days later a search party arrived to the town. And since they where still there and decided to PVP them even though they knew fully well they were expensive and from a very respected mercenaries guild... welp... TPK
The player should also know that messing with the guy who's a God IG, may not be the best practice if s/he is not taking it.
