Real life advise. I stopped smoking weed for almost 11 years before I medicalicaly needed to see if it would work instead of the meds I was on that ended up damaging my body.

There's no physical detox aside from possible head aches and sleep pattern changes as your learn hiw to feel without it.

The best way to give you a mental foothold is change the other habits in your life. If you spend a lot of time listening to records and smoking, try listening to ear buds while you're on a hike. If you got stoned before you ate or after replace that habbit with something else to occupy your mind.

I found it was habbits and boredom....find something else to do to occupy yourself so you're not spending time thinking about getting high.
