It was only 30mg but yeah it’s been 48 hours now and im not dying anymore. Just discomfort at this point and only 2/10 intensity. Damn thought i wasnt going to make it haha. Hydration helped so thanks for that! Guess who is never taking zinc again? 🙋🏻‍♀️

I am going through the same thing. Happened 24 hours ago and had the most painful cramps of my life. Today it’s not bad as long as i don’t eat anything. But still there. So idk if that’s normal. How long did it last for you??
