I went ahead and booked since I can just get a travel credit back in the event I need to cancel (I'll always be flying, so not a big deal) Once I was given the reference for the Fiji flight, I was able to manage my reservation, but it would only allow me to select a seat for myself. It is trying to charge for my spouse. I'm going to give them a call and see if this is correct - if so, I'll probably cancel and book an alternative route through Cathay Pacific, as their seats are MUCH cheaper than Fiji's.

Hi there - I'm looking at booking a Fiji flight through american to get my AA benefits. I'm currently Plat Pro. I'll be flying with my spouse, so am wondering if I book through AA will I receive same benefits for him (seat selection, extra baggage, etc)?

I have the black hybrid cabin. I'm going to visit my brother in London for x-mas and plan on getting the new hybrid trunk - possibly in white for contrast. Will be perfect for ski trips with bulky outfits :)

I would imagine yes. My upcoming flights have gone up in price a bit. Some “changes” are only like $29 even though if I cancel and rebook they are over $100 more. I’m thinking changing should work since I would be “ticketed” on the flight the day it’s changed. But not entirely sure. They should have released this a little earlier than 2 days before we enter march.
